To process your claim quickly, please provide the following:

2. Technical Review Process
Once we receive your documentation, our engineering and technical staff will conduct a preliminary review. Our resolution process follows three steps:

Remote Technical Support: If our team determines the issue can be resolved through configuration, firmware updates, or troubleshooting, we will provide a comprehensive solution remotely.

Product Inspection: If remote support is not applicable, we will arrange for DHL to pick up the product from your location. The item will be shipped back to our facility for professional inspection and testing.

Validation: Our technicians will test the component to verify the defect and ensure it has not been damaged by improper installation, static discharge, or external factors.
3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Upon completion of the inspection, if the problem is confirmed to be a non-human-induced product quality defect, Yaspro will offer you one of the following two options:

Free Replacement: We will ship a replacement unit to you at no additional cost.

Full Refund: We will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Please note that refunds or replacements will not be granted in the following circumstances:
