Thank you for choosing Yaspro. We are dedicated to delivering your electronic components safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if the items require specialized pre-shipment testing, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with premium carriers to ensure global reach and reliability. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Professional Packaging

Electronic components are sensitive. At Yaspro, we use industry-standard packaging to protect your order:

  • Anti-Static Bags (ESD): For all sensitive semiconductors and ICs.

  • Moisture Barrier Bags: For moisture-sensitive components.

  • Secure Padding: High-density foam or bubble wrap to prevent physical damage during transit.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Yaspro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. * All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

  • If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs duties, the original shipping fee and any return costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

6. Damages & Missing Items

  • If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Take clear photos of the external box and the internal items and contact us at info@yaspro.com within 48 hours of delivery.
